Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $20.30 to $30.40 DOE.
Your Role
In this position, you will provide exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene. You will respond to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach, ensuring residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions. You will also record vital signs as requested by staff and promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current CNA certification in the state of CO and have a can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents. You must be able to work effectively both as a team and independently and have excellent communication skills. We prioritize a holistic approach to care, considering the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
