About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients, helping them achieve maximum performance levels and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer treatment programs to increase patients' levels of functioning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Train patients in adapted techniques and the use of adaptive equipment for daily living skills
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy required
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required
- One year of experience preferred
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong customer service orientation
