Join our team in the Historic Pearl District of NW Portland! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work 26 hours a week at our self-storage facility located in a charming century old brick building, in one of Portland’s most exciting neighborhoods. Our team is fully engaged in the local business community and interacts with a wide variety of personable customers and tenants.
The work schedule is Monday and Tuesday 8am – 6pm, Wednesday 8am – 4pm . For a total of 26 hours a week. Must have computer, sales, maintenance, and janitorial skills. Property management experience is a plus.
Must also be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.
$19.00 - $21.00 an hour depending on experience, FREE PARKING, 3 paid holidays & sick days, 26 hours paid vacation after the 1st year, plus vision & dental coverage available.
Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.
