Billing Coordinator – Administration:
The position of Billing Coordinator is a full-time position. The Billing Coordinator is largely responsible for initial set up and invoicing of customer sales orders and maintenance contracts. This role requires excellent customer service, communication skills and a knack for multitasking. You will be responsible for handling a multitude of billing tasks. Excellent mathematical skills, attention to details and problem solving are essential.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Frequent contact with customers, management and other co-workers requiring communication verbally, in writing or through other means.
2. Order Entry
· Perform all necessary preliminary work for upcoming sales orders.
· Perform initial contract set up and invoicing sales orders.
· Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
· Generate daily reports and distribute to Contract Administrators.
· Provide copies of sales invoiced daily to Sales Coordinator.
· Answer incoming calls from clients.
3. Assist Contract Administrators with meter read entry.
· Call customers for meters not received.
· Process credits as required.
4. Perform general office clerical duties.
· Create file labels and address labels as needed.
· File and maintain documents as needed.
5. Make continual efforts to cross train on duties within the Administration Department to allow for full coverage of duties during an absence.
· Receive and provide cross training as reasonably requested by management.
· Continually strive to teach, coach, inspire, mentor and empower others.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Associates Degree, or 1 years administrative experience
· Self-discipline with time and organizational management skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to perform under pressure and work well in a team environment
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
