Job Title: Workstation Support / PC Tech / Desktop Admin
Location: Richmond, VA (Magnolia)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Onsite: 100% onsite (no remote)
Relocation: Considered at candidate’s expense
Overview:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Desktop Support Technician with 3 years of experience to join our on-site team in Richmond, VA. You’ll handle hardware setups, software installs, imaging (via SCCM), and troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive is essential. This role includes printer support, VPN setup, and participation in an on-call rotation.
