Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job at a Glance
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support store survey logistics preparation and execution. In this role, you will collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and external 3rd party vendors to ensure seamless planning, organization, communication, and validation of survey execution across all store locations.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all survey-related tasks are completed on time, issues are escalated and resolved effectively, and stores receive clear and consistent communication regarding survey expectations.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination – Support the Visual Merchandising Project team by organizing survey logistics, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, and managing documentation.
- Scope Documentation – Create and maintain documentation outlining the scope of work, ensuring all teams understand requirements and expectations.
- Schedule Management – Coordinate schedules with both internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure efficient survey execution.
- Communication & Execution – Oversee communication of survey details to stores, providing clear instructions and updates.
- Issue Resolution – Establish escalation plans for issue resolution, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Compliance Tracking – Monitor and track compliance with all requests, ensuring that survey execution aligns with the established plan.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Sr. Project Manager to support project success, resolve challenges, and meet key deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing project timelines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
