You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MI program objectives into plant operations.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Reliability Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Program Development and Implementation
- Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies to enhance overall system reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize program objectives.
- Leverage your technical expertise to design and implement innovative solutions.
Technical Expertise and Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on MI and SIS-related matters.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to determine the causes of equipment failures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in MI and SIS.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless program execution.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
