Role Overview
Celanese Corporation is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Human Resources Strategy and Initiatives to support the overall business plan at our manufacturing site.
Main Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance and oversight of performance management, employee relations, leader development, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, engagement, talent management, and general HR policy administration.
- Building organizational cohesion, health, and flexibility.
- Creating an environment that supports HR initiatives and employee advocacy.
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of recent experience in Human Resource Management in a manufacturing setting.
- Progressive experience in HR in a complex organization with diverse cultures and operating environments.
- Broad HR Generalist background with experience in multiple disciplines such as employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, talent development, performance management, compensation, and more.
