A Used Car Sales Manager at Celebration Chevrolet leads, develops, motivates, and guides the Used Car Sales Team. The Used Car Sales Manager is expected to develop and maintain a professional sales team and guide each member to achieve GM’s Mark of Excellence. The Used Car Sales Manager ’s performance is measured by customer service, hitting sales objectives, market share growth, and employee development. Operational excellence would include achieving both 20 Groups and General Motors benchmarks in CSI, reputation scores, customer reviews, Retail Sales Index, sales profit generation, gross profit generation and net profit.

Monthly compensation of approximately $25,000/month based on sales effectiveness with General Motors benchmarks, paid holidays and vacation, paid sick leave pursuant to requirements under law, matching 401K contributions, a referral program. Used Car Sales Managers are also able to work in professional casual attire (no suits required!). There is also an upward opportunity for successful performers.

To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:
- One price philosophy experience preferred
- Chevrolet experience preferred
- Proven Retail Sales Index effectiveness
- Proven CSI effectiveness
- Achieve Mark of Excellence or equivalent
- Be able to work on-site at our Aurora, CO location
- Have the flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and holidays
- Have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory (to the Company) motor vehicle record (i.e., no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record; no license suspensions, no charges for DUI) for at least 3 years
Candidates must undergo, and will be required to pass (in the Company’s assessment and sole discretion of what is passing), a background check which includes a drug test. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US, without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
