Primary care practice looking for an individual who is reliable, organized, a team player with excellent customer service skills.
Job Description:
- Must be flexible to work within hours of operation (Monday 7-5, Tuesday 7-5, Wednesday 7-7, Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-1)
- Assist with nurse visits including phlebotomy and administering vaccines (adult and pediatric).
- Obtain vitals, medical/surgical histories, medication list.
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate care with patient and medical team.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Registering patients, tending to patient forms and preparing patient charts.
- Collecting copayments.
- Organizing documents.
- General office duties i.e. data entry, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Verify insurance coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
