Details: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, handling a high volume of calls while ensuring excellent customer service. Your ability to multitask, utilize Zoho, Doctible, and EMR systems, and manage customer interactions effectively will be crucial to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Verify patient insurance at the time of making appointments to ensure coverage and address any issues promptly.
- Utilize Zoho and EMR systems to manage patient information, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding their appointments, medical services, and office policies.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Perform data entry and update patient records in EMR systems.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Proficiency in Zoho, EMR systems, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient information and scheduling.
