Celebration Health & Wellness is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Maternal-Fetal Medicine unit. If you are a dedicated RN with a passion for high-risk pregnancy care and clinical management, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Patient Care: Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide top-notch care for high-risk Maternal-Fetal Medicine patients. Manage patient appointments, coordinate with referring providers, and ensure thorough preparation for visits.
- Oversee Clinical Duties: Handle patient rooming, education, and medication administration. Assist with exams, treatments, and procedures. Perform and document fetal non-stress tests (NSTs), including for multiple gestations.
- Manage Communications: Triage clinically related phone calls and online inquiries, and participate in clinical research trials, adhering to protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise Staff: Train and develop clinical support staff, manage performance, and ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment.
- Handle Inventory: Oversee medication and supply inventory, ensure equipment is well-maintained, and control expenditures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OB/GYN office or Maternal Care Unit.
- Proficiency in performing fetal non-stress tests (NSTs), phlebotomy, and IV access.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical office protocols, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
