Key Responsibilities
Dental Intel Analytics - Morning Huddle Report
- Generate and review morning huddle reports using Dental Intel analytics.
- Prepare insights and recommendations for the team to discuss during daily huddles.
Assign Dental Intel Team Follow-ups
- Assign follow-up tasks from Dental Intel reports to appropriate team members to ensure patient care is not delayed.
Quality Check Schedule
- Perform daily quality checks on the patient schedule to ensure accuracy.
- Confirm all appointments, patient information, and treatment details are correct.
Management Email – Sort and Respond
- Sort through incoming emails to the practice management inbox.
- Respond to general inquiries and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Verify Google Review Invitations
- Monitor and verify that Google Review invitations are being sent to patients.
- Track reviews and escalate any negative feedback to management.
Forward Refund Requests to the Billing Coordinator
- Review and forward all patient refund requests to the Billing Coordinator for processing.
Audit Walkouts
- Perform audits on walkout accounts to ensure billing and payments are correctly recorded.
- Follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding balances.
Audit Log Manuals
- Regularly audit manual logs for accuracy, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and compliant with practice policies.
Reconcile Daily Cash Collections to Eaglesoft and Update MBR Balancing Sheet
- Reconcile daily cash collections in the practice management system (Eaglesoft).
- Update the Monthly Bank Reconciliation (MBR) Balancing Sheet, ensuring all financial data is accurate.
Update Forecasted Report
- Assist in updating the practice's forecasted financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Dental Intelligence software (or willingness to learn).
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar practice management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
