* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
* Ensure that the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets all health and safety standards
* Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging stock
* Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and deadlines
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies
* Ensure regular loss prevention compliance, maintaining a secure and safe environment for customers and colleagues
Requirements
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in retail or sales
* Basic computer skills and the ability to use technology for information and access necessary tools
* Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds
