Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of school operations, including enrollment, staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance educational offerings and improve child outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff in their professional growth and performance.
- Ensure curriculum development aligns with educational standards and promotes engaging learning experiences.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, classroom observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions to support staff development.
- Review and approve lesson plans to ensure alignment with curriculum goals and the school’s mission.
- Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and internal Brand Standard and policies.
- Organize community outreach efforts to promote the center’s mission and vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong skills in budgeting, strategic planning, and program management are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to educate and mentor staff while managing diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
