Essential Functions:
- Cultivate new business opportunities for the Bioanalytical Services division.
- Provide continual adherence to the pre-commitment and post-commitment process.
- Manage accounts including profile development, maintenance, and strategy for key assigned accounts.
- Utilization of database tool to monitor and record account activity.
- Utilization of Account Management Key Indicators to achieve assigned targets/metrics.
- Apply knowledge of market segments, competition, and regulations as well as current trends to manage assigned territory.
- Develop and carry out territory plan.
- Recognize opportunities to cross-sell and leverage internal relationships to facilitate and pursue opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical/CRO sales experience or postgraduate training in one of our areas of expertise required.
- Bioanalytical business development experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent Celerion professionally at all times.
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize activities.
