Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Bid Management
- Perform bid walks, attend customer meetings, and communicate with customers as needed.
- Collaborate with Bidding & Estimating to compile Level of Efforts (LOEs) for bids, including required manpower, subcontractors, equipment, material, and time.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate the necessary resources, including manpower, subcontractors, equipment, material, lodging, fueling, and staging, for upcoming projects.
- Work closely with Field Superintendent to oversee project activities, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Review documentation of project performance, including manpower, equipment usage, materials, subcontractors, and completed tasks.
- Analyze daily performance reports to identify areas for improvement and make necessary corrections.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Communicate effectively with customers, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Address customer-related issues promptly and escalate concerns to Department Manager as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- 5 years of telecommunications experience in ISP/OSP, including management and leadership roles.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency required.
