Sales Service Representative
Summary:
We’re looking for a Sales Service Representative who thrives on providing outstanding customer service four our Neenah client. In this role, you’ll process price quotes and orders, respond to inquiries about products and production capabilities, make proactive outbound calls, and collaborate with scheduling to ensure timely order fulfillment. If you have strong math skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and experience in manufacturing or the printing industry, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests for price quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and grow relationships with target accounts and research markets within your territory.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, offering technical support and cost-effective product alternatives.
- Work closely with scheduling and purchasing teams to expedite orders and monitor status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
- Travel as needed to attend trade shows and represent the company.
- Participate in plant meetings and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong math skills.
- Must be able to read a ruler
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Printing industry experience is a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
