3rd Shift Flexographic Press Operator Wanted

We are searching for a skilled and dedicated 3rd Shift Flexographic Press Operator to join our Oshkosh client's team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating state-of-the-art printing presses to create stunning visuals on a variety of flexible materials.
What You'll Do:
- Master the art of printing: You'll become proficient in operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints on plastic films, paper, and other substrates.
- Ensure quality and efficiency: You'll play a crucial role in meeting production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Embrace continuous improvement: You'll actively participate in preventative maintenance and assist in identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with a winning team: You'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth production and achieve outstanding results.
- Work 4 – 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday, currently 8p – 6a. This is subject to change to 5 – 8 hour shifts Sunday through Thursday, 10p – 6a.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Flexographic Press Operator.

- A strong work ethic: Ability to work 3rd shift hours and be flexible with overtime as needed.
