Position: Service Manager – Direct Hire
Wage: $60,000 - $100,000/annually
Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the service department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Leads by example in supporting the service personnel team to drive customer satisfaction
- Understanding of software systems and programs
- Communicates with team members to identify development opportunities
- Oversee the training, development, and accountability of the service team program, creating a culture that prioritizes service and sales
- Budget management knowledge including expenses related to personnel, equipment and supplies
Service Manager Requirements:
- Required 5 years previous leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft and other relevant software programs
- Ability to prioritize and manager multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
