Responsibilities :
- Manages Project and Contract Operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established with stakeholders.
- Responsible for cost, schedule performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment software, facilities and other activities coordinates resolutions production-related problems.
- Responsible for the work performance the task order and must have experience managing programs of similar (or greater) size and or complexity.
- Must be knowledgeable of Intelligence production, analysis and all associated enabling tasks.
- Responsible for organizing programs in accordance with the mission and goals and supporting the strategic direction of the NGIC.
- Development and oversight of budgets and operating plans for the contract; overseeing the evaluation to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly meet with FICA Government leadership and produce accurate and timely reports of program status through the life of the contract.
- Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent)
Required Experience :
Required Education : Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree is desirable,
in an area related to the labor category
