Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking an Expert Program Manager to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Description:

• Demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) providing direct intelligence support to the Special Operations Community.
• Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.
• Knowledge of intelligence production on facilities and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools.
• Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing operations in a high OPTEMPO environment.
• Knowledge of intelligence operations in complex urban environments.

• Certification as a Program Management Professional and 5 years work experience as a PMP (or equivalent).

Job Requirements

Desired experience:

• Shall have at least 20 years of successful managerial and leadership experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services and worked with in the last 2 years as a PM.

Desired education:

• Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree in a related field or 25 years’ experience.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
