Engineering Graduate Development Program

After completing the rotations, individuals will build their careers with Celestica in areas of the enterprise where their capabilities can be best leveraged for organizational impact and personal career interest.
Candidates will work under the mentorship of a senior engineer in one of the following disciplines;
Mechanical Engineering - Working in a cross-functional team to develop and design mechanicals for both sub-system and system level design projects. This will include products primarily in the Aerospace & Defense and Health Tech that are currently in development. You will use your education in mechanical engineering to design products from development to manufacture.
Electrical Engineering - As a member of the design and development group, you will perform feasibility analysis, develop hardware architecture, develop designs and schematics for new products, assist in new design bring-up, prototyping, and product realization. These projects will primarily be in the Aerospace & Defense and Health Tech segment areas.
Quality Engineering - Creation of the design history file and compliance to laws, standards and regulations is critical to product development work. The quality organization works with all members of the design teams to create requirements, analysis, plans and reports that ensure the products meet the customer and user needs in the marketplace.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering
Graduating in Spring 2025.
Salary Expectation And Benefits Summary
The salary range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including by not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate. Salary Range: $59k-75k Annually

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Minimum 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 scale (B ) (Transcript to be provided)
- Interest in an engineering role with a path to leadership
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and design tools specific to their discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability and willingness to be proactive, take initiative, drive change and provide solutions
- Strong team player with impeccable work ethic

- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
