Celina City Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team at Celina Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year and are looking for individuals who are committed to helping all students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. The Intervention Specialist will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to support students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will bring a trauma-sensitive mindset, recognizing the impact of adverse experiences on student learning and behavior, and will demonstrate empathy, flexibility, and a commitment to inclusive education and have a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment, providing targeted interventions, and ensuring that all students achieve academic success, while also supporting the schools vision to challenge, prepare and empower every student to become a lifelong learner who can contribute to the betterment of society. Summary: Under the general supervision of the School Principal, plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning, employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students including strategies to meet diverse student needs.
