Celine is looking for a Retail Training Intern who is passionate about fashion, luxury Client experience and education.

Approximate Dates of Assignment: May - August 2025

This role is an opportunity to delve into the world of luxury fashion retail from an educational perspective and to support training initiatives across our retail network. As a Retail Training Intern, you will be instrumental in shaping an exceptional client experience for our brand.

During your internship within our Retail Training Department, you will gain invaluable insights into several key areas:

• First-hand experience in how a luxury client experience is carved for a region through a comprehensive training strategy.
• Opportunity to develop skills such as content creation, project management, data analysis, communication strategy, and event coordination.
• You will report directly to the Director of retail training
  
  

YOUR IMPACT:

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop engaging and informative seasonal collection trainings.
  
  

Communication & Calendar Management:

• Contribute to the production of our weekly retail store newsletter, ensuring a clear and exciting communication is maintained.
• Help maintain training calendars and weekly training curriculums that reflect clear learning objectives for store teams.
  
  

Tracking & Monitoring:

• Conduct weekly tracking of Mystery Shopping visits
• Monitor coaching participation rates among store leaders and produce reporting on findings
• Track digital learning progress and completion rates among in-store teams.
• Maintain and systematically archive essential training resources
  
  

Event Management

• Manage the logistical organization and setup of in-person training sessions as well and new hire induction sessions
• Support the logistical organization of our retail store manager conferences

• Must be an active student in the NYC area
  
  

Experience:

• Previous internship experience
  
  

Competencies:

• A keen interest in education/training within a corporate environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work independently
• Fluent English
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This is a paid internship. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $16.50-18.00 (hourly).
