We’re expanding our capabilities with a new Cell Line Development Division and are seeking a visionary Lead Scientist to spearhead this effort. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead our cell line development division, creating workflows for stable cell line generation.
• Develop and optimize mammalian cell lines (e.g., CHO, HEK293) for customers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
• Author technical reports, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.
• Represent the company at occasional external events and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
• PhD (preferred) or MS in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Strong experience in cell line development, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in transfection techniques, clone screening, and high-productivity cell line optimization.
• Familiarity with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO quality standards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
