Our two core companies are Cell-O-Core (the leading national drinking straw producer) and PremiumConwin (a key component of the party balloon industry that is part of every retail balloon program across the world).

Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking to add a talented Executive/Personal Assistant professional to our staff located in Ft. Worth, TX.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant performs various administrative tasks and provides proactive and high-impact executive-level support to their assigned executives and teams. Independent and sound business judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced environment. The successful Executive Assistant is flexible, resourceful, a strong written and verbal communicator who anticipates needs, maintains confidentiality, and provides high customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, email, office space reservations, and travel logistics for executives
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily
- Flexible and adaptable, able to shift priorities and manage unexpected changes effectively
- Manage time and expense entry for executives
- Draft, format, and proofread business correspondence (e.g., letters, memos, email) and presentations
- Assist with internal/external event and meeting coordination, set-up, and execution, including schedule coordination, meeting materials, catering orders and on-the-day support
- Poised, polished professional in appearance and demeanor - must be able to confidently represent the Executives with other clients, customers, business leaders
- Ability to be "right-hand" to busy executive base
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 4 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to C-Suite Executives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to leaders and internal/external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
- Able to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
- May require some overtime hours
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
Education and Experience:
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Pay: From $62,593.00 per year
