Job Summary
As an Electronic Repair Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ devices are efficiently diagnosed, processed, repaired, and tested. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair devices under warranty and non-warranty guidelines in our workshop.
- Learn hands-on skills through structured training on hardware diagnostics, repair, and part replacements.
- Work efficiently to support our goal of delivering high-quality devices to our clients.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations and workflow.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable. Successful candidates bring a willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Basic Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency, including basic computer skills and data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in electronics repair.
- CompTIA A Certification.
What We Offer:
Training Path
Your training will begin with a week-long hands-on experience, balancing structured courses with guided, practical assignments on basic hardware replacements. By the end of your training, you’ll be equipped to handle a wide range of diagnostic and repair tasks.
Work Schedule
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be offered as needed.
Conversion to Full-Time Role
This position is initially for a project that may extend beyond one month, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
