ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER II

Compensation Range: $48 - 51 per hour

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced Project Manager (PM) to bridge the gap between our Site Experience and Site Content teams. This role is perfect for someone passionate about project management, digital operations, and e-commerce, with a proven ability to streamline workflows, manage cross-functional teams, and drive project execution from inception to completion.

As a key player in our e-commerce operations, you will oversee the end-to-end content and site experience process, ensuring smooth collaboration between creative, marketing, and technical teams. You will be responsible for tracking project deliverables, managing timelines, maintaining meeting minutes, and proactively resolving roadblocks to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:
Project & Workflow Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between Site Experience and Site Content teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables and priorities.
• Own and manage the full Product Detail Page (PDP) process, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Manage and update the global animation calendar and oversee asset adoption tracking.
• Track project timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage a weekly project tracker.
• Ensure quality assurance (QA) for digital assets before final release.
• Oversee site audits for all global markets to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the listening ear and vocal communicator across teams, ensuring that meeting takeaways, requests, and feedback are captured and addressed.
• Proactively push back on timelines when necessary and set clear expectations for deliverables.
• Own all meeting minutes and distribute them promptly after every call.
• Partner closely with the Technical PM to maintain the brand layer master site and ensure assets are created to required specifications.

Industry & Market Research

• Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy and improve e-commerce performance.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, e-commerce best practices, and industry benchmarks.
• Lead the organization and logistics of Kiehl's Annual Global Digital Forum.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Project Manager - You have 3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce and digital content projects.
• Meticulously Detail-Oriented - You thrive in structured environments and are highly organized in tracking tasks and deliverables.
• Strong Communicator & Cross-Functional Leader - You can speak confidently in meetings, push back on timelines, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Problem Solver & Strategic Thinker - You have a solution-oriented mindset and can anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise.
• Passionate About Digital & E-commerce - You understand the digital content lifecycle, e-commerce operations, and global market strategies.
• Tech-Savvy - Experience with PIM/DAM management, site audits, and digital asset workflows is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital content workflows, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience working with global markets and APAC teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA), and data tracking tools.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate across multiple teams.
