Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer for a contract position. This role will play a crucial role in developing risk management training programs for the companies employees. These trainings are essential for managing risks and maintaining and deepening trust with our clients.

- Work on the development phase of one of the team's largest projects: the Company's annual Enterprise Risk Management training.
- Collaborate closely with the learning project team, including the lead instructional designer and learning consultant.
- Ensure that all training materials are detailed, engaging, and aligned with standards.
- Provide support as needed in learning design, setting learning objectives, writing, and storyboarding.
- Proven experience as an instructional designer, particularly in risk management or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, including our internal Content Management System.
