Internal Communications Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $50 - 55 per hour

We are looking for a passionate and creative Internal Communications Manager to join our client's dynamic team! As an Internal Communications Manager, you will collaborate with business partners to design and execute communications plans that support key HR and business objectives including long-term goals and projects that support the employee experience. This individual will be a key contributor in a fast-paced, complex environment and will serve on teams or projects, leveraging communications expertise to drive key initiatives.

This is an ongoing, hybrid opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
• Creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, web site management and content development, press releases, white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral, marketing budget development and cost tracking.
• Partner with the Communications team and internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies and messaging to inform and inspire employees, support innovation and growth and strengthen the team's culture.
• Lead the production of the monthly team's employee newsletter, overseeing content development, layout design and timely distribution.
• Maintain and regularly update the team's intranet site, ensuring content accuracy and relevance, resulting in improved engagement and employee experience.
• Support communication efforts related to HR, IT, Cybersecurity and DE&I, aligning with company's overall strategy and approach.
• Analyze and create reports on the impact of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist with the planning, production and execution of in-person and virtual team-wide internal events and broadcasts.
