Compensation Range: $47 - 50 per hour
We're hiring a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to manage and coordinate meetings with partners, streamline agendas and presentations, and support the execution of marketing campaigns for Paramount partners. This role involves overseeing asset management, collaborating with creative and project teams, and identifying new marketing strategies to enhance engagement and optimize third-party partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with partners.
- Streamline agendas, presentations, and recaps for internal senior leadership and external partners.
- Assist the Director in executing marketing campaigns and promotions for Paramount partners.
- Oversee asset management, from ticket development to creative review, collaborating closely with Creative and Project Management teams.
- Gather and organize assets (style guides, digital assets, reference materials, etc.) from partners, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the Partnership Marketing team with event post-mortems and recap presentations.
- Identify and recommend new marketing strategies to enhance engagement and optimize third-party partnerships.
- Route, review, and secure cross-team alignment on marketing collateral for Off-Device Partnership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client- or partner-facing roles, brand partnerships, or sales partnerships.
- Proficiency with Airtable and JIRA.
- Background in partner or client relationship management.
- Experience in design or creative project management.
- Familiarity with product marketing, promotion codes, and offer process workflows.
