Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy for all offerings across multiple customer segments.
- Conduct thorough market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and inform product development roadmaps.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging collaboration and creativity within the team to bring new ideas to life through effective ideation and development processes.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate on marketing and go-to-market strategies to drive successful product launches and adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including operations, customer experience, technology, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams.
- Drive profitability through effective product management practices, focusing on revenue maximization, cost efficiency, and strategic pricing and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Develop and manage budgets that align with growth objectives for the product portfolio and department.
- Represent the organization as a leader in the community.
- Experience:
- 12 years in product management or a related field, preferably within financial services.
- Proven success in launching and managing banking products.
- Strong understanding of banking products, payment methods, networks, and regulations.
- Leadership:
- Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated focus on achieving results for both individual and team efforts.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in process controls and efficiency.
- Agile mindset when collaborating with support functions and overseeing related policies and procedures.
- Strategic Vision:
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Skilled in creating and executing strategic initiatives to drive innovation and success.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and make impactful presentations to leadership, the Board of Directors, and employees.
- Analytical and Data-Driven:
- A results-oriented approach, leveraging key metrics and KPIs to drive decisions.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
