Our client is a software development company serving the Government and Aerospace sectors, and they are seeking a Web Content Developer to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, with a preference for candidates in the Atlanta area or those located in the EST or CST time zones. If you enjoy writing, technology, and problem-solving, this role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with web and mobile app technology.
This position has opened due to a backlog of web pages that need to be updated and rewritten. As a Web Content Developer, you will create, manage, and optimize written and visual content for our company's website and digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on improving the user experience and supporting marketing efforts.
You'll work with the team to learn and use DNN (a CMS platform)-training will be provided-while collaborating with a small, dynamic team of 2-3 people.

Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and format web pages using the CMS.
- Rewrite and update existing content from the Content Library.
- Develop clear, logical, and engaging content for the website and other digital platforms.
- Assist with technical writing and documentation for software releases.
- Conduct research independently to solve problems and learn new tools or techniques.
- Collaborate with the technology team to document and prepare materials for upcoming software releases.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to think logically and clearly.
- Some technical writing experience preferred.
- Experience or interest in web and mobile app technologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and comfort with Excel formulas is a plus.
- A self-starter and problem-solver who enjoys learning and figuring things out independently.
- Willingness to work within a CMS (DNN)-prior CMS experience helpful but not required.
