The Renewal Account Manager is responsible for partnering with Cellebrite’s Federal Government account base and supporting them through their solution renewal and upgrade process. Working with them and your internal team including new business sales, sales operations, finance, and legal, to provide our Federal Gov partners with the best possible user experience.

- Proactively initiating renewal conversations with our existing client base in the Digital Intelligence market
- Timely and appropriate response to inbound questions and requests
- Work closely with internal departments including new business sales, sales operations, finance, and legal
- Meet or exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Cellebrite products, training offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of customers goals
- Submit accurate and detailed weekly sales forecasts to sales management.
- Daily use and update of Salesforce.com
- 3 years of experience in an Account Management or Sales Executive
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Experience working in a team environment that requires feedback and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable initiating new conversations and building relationships, while being resourceful and metric driven.
- Motivated self-starter and eager to learn.
