Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Global Business Applications team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our local teams on the CRM applications and play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, configuring systems, and ensuring that solutions are both innovative and effective within the existing technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications- such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and other business applications across local sites, supporting GTM (Go to Market) units – such as customer success, sales & marketing.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional business solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s technology stack, staying current with updates and trends in CRM technologies.
- Design and configure features, workflows, and reports to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Assist in system testing, validation, and user training.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across all CRM platforms.
- Participate in global team meetings and contribute to system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and cleared to work with U.S. Federal government systems.
- Experienced in working in a global team, and willing and able to travel abroad periodically as needed.
- B.Sc. degree specializing in Information Systems or equivalent.- an advantage.
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with expertise in designing Salesforce-based solutions across clouds.
- Experience in Go-to-Market business processes, such as Sales, Services, and Customer Success.
- Strong documentation skills, including business/technical design and test plans.
- Service-oriented mindset with an affinity for Go-to-Market strategies.
- Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to propose creative solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
- Experience leading information system projects is a strong advantage.
