The Work Itself
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting Sales and Support Services business process needs concentrating on monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the Salesforce application. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that optimize the use of Salesforce to meet those requirements.
Experience :
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, from gathering requirements to implementation and user adoption
- Expertise in creating and managing Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation tools
- Strong track record of developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Experience managing user security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and validation rules
- Experience building and maintaining custom objects, fields, and record types
- Maintain data quality and integrity through regular audits
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
