We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Chief Operations Officer, and will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure positive long-term relations with clients and team
- Ensure the financial health of project
- Implement our project management system to recognize, document, communicate, and fund all changes and track and predict costs
- Prepare plans, budgets, and teams for the build
- train and supervise Project Engineers and Project Administrators
- Manage the completion of the project
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction field or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years’ experience as a construction Project Manager
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record
