HR Recruiter – Celtic Angels Home Health Care (Needham Office)

Position Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our team. Your expertise in building strong relationships and delivering a seamless candidate experience will ensure we continue to provide the highest quality of care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and other key roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using online job boards, social media platforms, career fairs, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Foster relationships with local schools, training programs, and other community partners to develop talent pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or home health care industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
