Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing drywall, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, leasing staff, and property management team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school or technical training preferred.
- 1 years of experience in property management maintenance or related field.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
