We are looking for an intern for the summer of 2025 to join our IT team! This internship will run from May through August. This position is in Mendota Heights, Minnesota; work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with start time flexibility. You will be responsible for answering Help Desk calls and supporting computers, software, printers, and other IT technologies both onsite and at remote locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer support calls
Install and configure computers
Support IT equipment in a manufacturing location
Support printers
Assist IT Security Manager with monitoring and maintenance tasks
Asset disposal tracking
Support mobile devices
Travel to remote sites as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows
Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with desktop computer hardware
Experience configuring printers
Basic understanding of data networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation
Education and/or Experience:
Enrollment in a 2- or 4-year technical degree program
Pay: $18.00 per hour
