- Assist customers with service information, and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our computerized system for record-keeping and future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and customer management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure.
