Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as an SEL: Support the CSAS goal of enhanced service offerings and growth, managing account health, engagement plans, and client communications.
- Oversee Subscription Projects: Track new and renewal subscription processes, ensuring timely initiation, IP distribution, and engagement plan updates.
- Account Maintenance: Conduct monthly assessments and calls with BD leads to address challenges, updates, and opportunities.
- Develop Business Opportunities: Identify monthly growth opportunities using key catalyst events and maintain documentation for BD review.
- Manage Salesforce and BD Scorecards: Update Salesforce with subscription details and compile monthly scorecards to monitor BD KPIs.
- Lead Client Communications: Maintain and update client communication templates and manage manufacturer newsletters with marketing and legal teams.
- Gather Client Feedback: Compile and present Voice of the Customer insights quarterly to inform team strategies and monitor customer survey responses.
- Handle Ad Hoc Work: Manage ad hoc requests and ensure timely request fulfillment using PowerBI dashboards.
- Direct the RA Program: Coordinate strategy, hiring, evaluations, and monthly check-ins to strengthen GCS culture.
