We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist management in a wide range of administrative assignments and related tasks to ensure operational and administrative continuity. Work is performed with considerable independent judgement based on the needs of the company and objectives that further enhance all company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of corporate record retention policies
- Handle routine administrative work by answering phones, greeting and receiving guests and providing customer assistance
- Handle routine administrative and accounting needs
- Maintain staff administrative records and reports
- Compile information and create reports as requested
- Respond to general questions and information requests from inside and outside the organization
- Compose and edits a variety of written correspondence that may require judgement related to content
- Assist accounting staff with reporting, AR/AP functions, banking relations/ transactions
- Manage bank deposits
- Assist store level management with reporting, audit information, cashier tills reconciliation
- Manage reports and documentation on till countdowns and watch surveillance video
- Perform other duties as directed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in related area (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgement
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
