Role Summary:

In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales Operations. You'll collaborate with a team of cross-functional professionals, working most closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, IT, and Finance. The role contains two key areas of responsibility: Sales Analytics and Deals Desk. For sales analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support the sales team in achieving their goals. For deals desk, you will own and operate the deals desk function for our Americas West and APJ sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity
  • Own and operate Censys deals desk function for the Americas West/APJ sales teams including: assisting team members through quoting and booking processes, routing DocuSign contracts, and setting up vendor questionnaires
  • Analyze and develop sales operations policies and procedures
  • Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards, and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system
  • Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth (SFDC, Gainsight, Clari, Outreach, 6sense, Gong, Drift, and more)
  • Assist with several of the sales tools, working closely with our Sales Operations team to implement training, onboard new reps, and monitor compliance with the sales and lead gen team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2 years of experience in sales operations or administration
  • Strong data analysis skills including proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience and proficiency with administering and reporting out of Salesforce.com
  • Extremely organized with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • No two days are ever the same in our teams so our ideal candidate will enjoy, and be proficient at, multitasking

Our target base salary range for this role is between $64,000 USD and $82,000 USD bonus eligibility and equity.

Our roots are in Ann Arbor, Michigan with location hubs in Seattle, the Bay Area, and Washington D.C. Our innovation is fueled by the team’s global perspectives and diverse backgrounds. For this role, we are looking for candidates based in Kirkland or Tysons and will be required to go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a third day of choice.
