A Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, then using those insights to develop solutions that improve business processes and achieve organizational goals; they collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and communicate findings to key decision-makers, often focusing on process improvement and aligning business needs with technical solutions.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
Skills/Day to Day Work: Expert Critical Thinker and Analytically Minded, Good Partnership and Networking. Communication and Problem Solving Skills as well as a developing Business Acumen. Daily tasks include Gathering Data Analysis, Communication and Reporting.
Hours: FT, 40/hr. per week during the summer (12 week program)
Pay Range: 17-23/hr.
