Private Equity Summer Analyst Intern:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify high-growth companies and investment opportunities within B2B software, healthcare IT, and other technology-driven sectors.

• Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes, leveraging data-driven insights to assess potential investments and portfolio company performance.

• Support deal sourcing efforts by tracking industry trends, monitoring competitive landscapes, and engaging with founders and management teams to evaluate investment prospects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals and portfolio operators, to develop growth strategies and value creation plans for portfolio companies.

• Analyze key performance metrics, track financial and operational KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize investment theses and portfolio growth.

Desired Skillsets:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis).

• Understanding of growth equity, venture capital, and private equity investment principles, with a keen interest in technology and software- driven industries.

• Ability to synthesize complex financial and industry data into clear, concise investment memos and presentations for senior investment professionals.
