Investment Banking / Private Equity Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to conduct in-depth financial and operational assessments
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
- Perform asset-specific pro-forma forecasting and profitability analysis
- Prepare segment P & L’s and conduct detailed revenue and cost projections
- Support M & A opportunities with financial evaluations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Pro forma forecasting on an asset-specific basis
- Experience with preparing Segmented Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, quality of earnings analysis and detailed revenue and cost projections
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
