Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to develop strong relationships with our customers and drive growth in their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to Medicare individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective customers to determine eligibility for our Advantage Medicare product
- Stay up-to-date on all policies and procedures related to our product offerings, including disclosures, enrollment, and disenrollment
- Develop a strong presence in the local community through outreach and education efforts
- Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollment processes
- Market our product at various sites, including hospitals, senior centers, and community events
- Assist customers in accessing healthcare services and other support needs
- Stay informed about marketing guidelines and best practices from regulatory agencies
- Participate in telemarketing and outreach efforts as needed
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, and special events to stay up-to-date on company initiatives
- Complete applications accurately and timely, and submit reports on sales performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years of experience in marketing, sales, or community relations, preferably in managed care and Medicare
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred, but not required
- State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License required upon hire
- Current state driver's license required upon hire
