About the Role
We’re looking for a Auto Lease Loan Servicer to join our growing Servicing Department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate loan servicing while delivering exceptional support to our credit union partners and borrowers.

What You’ll Do
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Processing lease payments and payoffs
- Managing escrow accounts (titles, insurance, etc.)
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of lease files
- Setting up new lease loan
- Document filing and follow-up
- Providing outstanding customer service to members and credit unions
- Assisting with post-loan closing duties and month-end tasks
- Initiating wire and ACH transfers as needed
- Supporting other loan servicing functions as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience: High School diploma required; 2-4 years of experience in the financial industry preferred
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and loan servicing software
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects accurately and efficiently
Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve loan servicing issues
Team Player: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Customer-Focused: Professional and courteous communication skills
